The Williston Park Little League will be participating in several 11/12 year-old (Majors' Division) Tournaments during Summer 2001. 

Per Little League Baseball guidelines, the WPLL Majors Division Tournament Team was selected in early Summer 2001 from boys 11 and 12 years-old (on 7/31/2001) who participated in the 2001 WPLL Majors' Division Spring 2001 Season.

The 2001 WPLL Majors' Division Tournament Team is managed by Vin Padovano and coached by Jim Henry.

The team will be participating in the following tournaments: 

Official Little League Baseball 2001 Williamsport Tournament (6/30 thru 7/19)

This is the annual double-elimination tournament sponsored by Little League Baseball. WPLL is part of District-28 which consists of Williston Park, East Williston, Port Washington, Manhasset, Merillon, Roslyn, and Albertson-Herricks. This year's tournament will be held at Caemmerer Park in Williston Park starting 6/30/2001 at 9:30am.

This is a new program developed this year between Williston Park, Merillon, Garden City, Roslyn, and East Williston.

East Meadow Tournament

This is an annual tournament between local communities run in East Meadow
