Good afternoon everyone
Just wanted to share the playoff schedule for our Softball teams that are still alive in the playoffs. We have a team in the championship game for Majors/Minors in both the A and B brackets ! Amazing to see. We would love to have you come out and root the girls on!
Our enrollment this year was over 100 girls for the second year in the row and the future is looking very bright for the program! We fielded 9 teams this year and our girls compete against teams from East Williston, Albertson-Herricks, Manhasset, Port Washington, and Roslyn!
Majors A Bracket – Team Stanza (7th Grade) in Championship Game vs Roslyn Monday 6/20 at Bar Beach Field 1
Majors B Bracket – Team Martin (6th Grade) in Championship Game vs Manhasset TBD but tentative date Tuesday June 21st 7PM at Kelleher Field
Minors A Bracket – Team Scarola (5th Grade) in Championship Game vs Manhasset Wednesday June 22nd 7PM at Kelleher Field
Minors B Bracket – Team Brewer (4th Grade) in Championship Game vs Manhasset Friday June 17th 7:30PM at Kelleher Field

WPLL Opening Day Parade and Ceremony is Saturday!!!
Don’t forget!!! The Williston Park Little League Opening Day Parade and Ceremony is Saturday!!!! See the map below for the parade route. We start at 10 am and end at Kelleher Field. There will be a ceremony upon arrival followed by free pizza, hot dogs and drinks. All are welcome to march but if you can’t march, please find a spot on the route and cheer our little leaguers on!!! Hope to see you all there Saturday!!!
All softball and baseball players should wear their uniforms!!!
Softball Coaches Pitching Clinic
Our very own Kelly Ann Voyer hosted a Softball Pitching Clinic for our Coaches on 3/15 at Siege Athletics. Kelly is a former D1 pitcher and is currently active as a coach for WP Little League as well as for her daughters’ travel teams.
We had a great turnout from our Softball coaches, and Kelly was able to breakdown some basic drills and activities that the coaches can bring back to their teams!
A special shout out also to Kelly’s husband Dave (Also a coach for us here at WPLL) and daughter Ashley who took time out of their busy days to help out the program!
