Free Winter Training starts on the weekend of January 11th and 12th for farms, minors, and majors divisions of baseball and softball for all who have registered for the spring 2025 season. This year, we will be at Complete Sports Performance at 255 Voice Rd in Carle Place. You must a register in order to be eligible for this free training. Boys baseball training will be on Saturday afternoons and Girls Softball will be on Sunday afternoons.

January 11, 18, 25: Majors 1pm-2pm, Farms 2pm-3pm, Minors 3pm-4pm
February 1: Farms 1pm-2pm, Majors Evaluations 2pm-4pm (No Minors Training)
February 8: Farms 1pm-2pm, Minors Evaluations 2pm-4pm (No Majors Training)
March 1, 8, 15: Majors 1pm-2pm, Farms 2pm-3pm, Minors 3pm-4pm
